The goal of the bilateral initiative was to develop strong partnerships in the areas of green and blue infrastructure and ecosystem services.

The initiative included a study visit by the Slovak team to Oslo, Norway, during Oslo Innovation Week 2024, as well as the organization of a seminar titled “From Carbon Neutrality to Climate Stability – Activating a New Economic and Investment Model.”

Initiative Partner: International Development Norway is a Norwegian organization providing consulting and management services for projects requiring international collaboration. Through a global network of experts, they facilitate the exchange of experiences and project cooperation with a focus on circular economy, green energy, entrepreneurship, education and social inclusion, manufacturing, ICT, and innovation.

The initiative was implemented under the Bilateral Relations Fund within the “Business Development, Innovation, and SMEs” program, co-financed by the EEA Financial Mechanism and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism for 2014–2021.
